The highlight of the visit was the delightful toy train ride, where the students experienced the thrill of travel and discovered the workings of a train in a fun and engaging manner. Distress To De-Stress: Handling Examination Stress

Maintaining a calm and focused mindset during exams is crucial for students to manage stress effectively. To support this, the ‘Distress to De-Stress: Handling Exam Stress Module’ is conducted annually for Middle Wing students (Grades VI to VIII) under the aegis of Adept – A Program for Enhancing Life Skills, powered by wellnesswise.in. This module, developed under the guidance of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director (Health & Wellness), BBGS, equips students with practical tools to navigate exam pressure.

In February 2025, Life Skills facilitators expanded this initiative to reach more students, further promoting emotional well-being during exams. The session addressed stress indicators, procrastination, and exam-related concerns, with a strong focus on time management and SMART timetables. The students learned productivity strategies and engaged in concentration exercises, relaxation techniques, and guided imagery. Additionally, tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle including diet, exercise, and sleep were shared.

The participants felt heard and supported, gaining confidence in managing exam stress. They were also encouraged to seek guidance from Counsellors and Life Skills Facilitators for further support.

Celebrating Excellence, Team Spirit, and Perseverance at Synergy - The Sports Fest 2025

 “True success in sports stems from dedication, determination, and the unwavering spirit to chase one’s dreams.”

 With the vision of fostering sportsmanship, confidence, and holistic development among young learners, the Annual Sports Day, ‘Synergy – The Sports Fest,’ was celebrated with great enthusiasm on February 1, 2025, for students from Pre-Nursery to Class V.

 The event was graced by Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati, Director, Blue Bells Group of Schools, as the Chief Guest. The school was also privileged to host Mr. Yashdeep Siwach, a distinguished member of the Indian Hockey Team, as the Special Guest. Mr. Priyansh Thakran, an accomplished National Level boxer and swimmer, added further charm to the event. Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director (Academic Development and Innovation, Blue Bells Group of Schools),  honoured the occasion with her gracious presence.

The festivities commenced with the hoisting of the sports flag, followed by the school anthem, setting a tone of pride and unity. The impressive March Past ceremony saw the young athletes marching in synchronized formations, embodying discipline, and coordination. The Director Madam took the salute and officially declared the event open, marking the beginning of an exhilarating day.

 A highlight of the celebration was the Lighting of the Flame and Torch Ceremony, symbolizing perseverance, and unity. Young sports achievers proudly carried the torch, igniting a spark of inspiration among their peers. This was followed by an exciting lineup of events, including sprint races, relay races, yoga displays, song presentations, and dynamic dance performances.

The students from Nursery to Class V showcased their athletic talents with remarkable energy. The sports festivities were further enriched by enthusiastic participation from parents and teachers, who competed in fun-filled events like the Lemon and Spoon Race, Musical Chairs, Balance the Matki Race, and the Tie-a-Tie Challenge.

 The winners and outstanding performers of the Sports Fest were felicitated by the Chief Guest and other esteemed dignitaries. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Yashdeep Siwach shared his inspiring journey as an athlete, motivating students to embrace sports as a lifelong pursuit. Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati lauded the participants and emphasized the invaluable role of sports in shaping character, resilience, and teamwork.

 A moment of immense pride and celebration was the felicitation of our exceptional national-level achievers – Gulmaaira Sharda (a skating prodigy of Grade IV), Angad Shahi (a budding football star of Grade IV), and Aryan Tyagi (a talented cricketer of Grade XI). Their remarkable achievements were recognized with mementos, inspiring their peers to strive for excellence.

The event culminated with the Prize Distribution Ceremony and a heartfelt vote of thanks. The day was not just about competition but about camaraderie, resilience, and the joy of participation. The winners – be it students, parents, or teachers – carried home medals, trophies, and cherished memories of a day filled with excitement, achievements, and the true spirit of sportsmanship.

These initiatives not only refine students’ skills but also imbue them with values of integrity and wisdom. The team’s efforts extend beyond conventional education, shaping future leaders equipped with both knowledge and character.

‘Empezar: A Beginning, Health & Wellness Fiesta’ an annual event for Primary Wing students, was held on January 21, 2025, under the aegis of ADEPT – A Program for Enhancing Life Skills, powered by wellnesswise.in. This year’s theme, ‘Kindness,’ was encapsulated in the day’s motto: “Kindness Matters: Small Acts, Big Impact.” A diverse array of in-house activities was curated to awaken the creativity within the young scholars. Highlights included the Kindness Quilt for Class III, the Kindness Pledge for Class IV, and the Kindness Rock Pathway for Class V. Students participated with enthusiasm, showcasing their commitment to fostering a new era of kindness.

Dr. Alka encouraged the Blue Bellians to exemplify the true spirit of 'Kindness.' She inspired them to continue working together with purpose and passion to build a world where they honour their own worth, cherish their environment, and contribute meaningfully to society at large.

In line with this vision, under the aegis of Adept – A Program for Enhancing Life Skills, powered by wellnesswise.in, an insightful and transformative session, “Building Better Brains: Neuroscience Insights & Strategies for Cognitive Success,” was organized on February 8, 2025. The session was thoughtfully curated for the parents of senior students. Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati, esteemed Director, BBGS graced the workshop with her benign presence.

 Ms. Shammi Proothi, Vice President, ANON Global Foundation, led the parents through an enlightening session, providing profound insights into how the brain influences learning, decision-making, and overall well-being. From strategies to enhance cognitive abilities to wellness practices that foster resilience, the session equipped parents with powerful tools to support their child’s success.

 Additionally, young entrepreneurs from Serenity Space—Mr. Udyat Gulati, Ms. Shivanshi, Mr. Kavish, Ms. Tanisha, and Mr. Yash—introduced their project, which aims to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals can openly discuss mental health and access professional guidance. They shared insights into their mental wellness platform, dedicated to promoting a supportive community through peer support groups, expert-led therapy, and curated self-care resources.

 The workshop was highly appreciated by parents, who actively engaged in the interactive Question & Answer Session. Attendees lauded the efforts of Blue Bells Group and Team Serenity Space for their innovative and meaningful initiative.

 Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School buzzed with excitement as approximately 230 students came together for the screening of Pariksha Pe Charcha, a transformative initiative led by Shri. Narender Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on February 10,2025. The event provided an enriching platform for students to express their thoughts, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights on examinations and education.

 In his inspiring address, the Prime Minister emphasized on the importance of essential life skills such as leadership, time management, and teamwork—qualities that empower students to excel not just academically but also in their future careers. He encouraged them to embrace challenges with confidence, emphasizing that perseverance and resilience pave the way to success.

 A key highlight of the session was the discussion on exam-related stress, a common concern among students. The Prime Minister shared practical strategies to manage anxiety and pressure, fostering a positive and stress-free approach to examinations. His words resonated deeply with the students, equipping them with the motivation and confidence to navigate their academic journey with ease.

 The screening was a dynamic and interactive experience, allowing students to learn from both the Prime Minister’s wisdom and the shared experiences of their peers. The event sparked meaningful discussions, leaving students inspired and encouraged to approach exams with renewed enthusiasm.
