Class X-C
presented a vibrant and culturally enriching Special Assembly celebrating the
spirit and traditions associated with the auspicious month of Sawan. The
assembly beautifully showcased the diverse festivals and customs that make this
season an integral part of India’s rich cultural heritage.
The
programme commenced with a graceful welcome, followed by a thought highlighting
the significance of faith, devotion, gratitude and togetherness. The students
presented an informative segment on Hariyali Teej, Nag Panchami, and Raksha
Bandhan, highlighting their cultural and spiritual significance.
The festive
spirit was brought alive through a captivating blend of devotional poetry,
traditional dance, skit and colourful presentations depicting the customs and
celebrations associated with Sawan.
The
confident participation and enthusiastic performances of the students made the
assembly engaging and memorable. The programme concluded with a message by the
Leadership Team encouraging everyone to cherish India’s diverse traditions and
celebrate them with respect and pride.
