Blue Bells strongly believes that a child’s growth is best supported through active collaboration between parents and teachers. Parents are valued partners in the learning journey, and their insights are welcomed in school initiatives.
Parents are invited to participate in a wide range of school events, including academic celebrations, cultural programmes, sports events, and interactive forums—strengthening trust and shared responsibility.
Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
PTMs provide a structured platform for meaningful dialogue between parents and teachers. These interactions focus on academic progress, learning habits, and overall development. Open House PTMs are held regularly, and parents are encouraged to attend as per scheduled time slots to ensure focused discussions.
Each month, the class teacher shares a detailed PTM schedule. Parents receive advance notifications, along with designated time slots to meet the respective subject teachers. To ensure meaningful and effective discussions, we kindly request all parents to attend at their assigned time slots

Parent–Teacher Networking & ERP
Blue Bells maintains a strong communication system through its website, official email IDs, SMS alerts, and an ERP app. These platforms ensure transparency, timely updates, and effective home–school collaboration.
Parent–Teacher Association (PTA)
The PTA is a collaborative body of parents and educators committed to student success. It supports academic excellence, well-being, and community engagement while strengthening partnerships that enhance complete learning. To maintain seamless connectivity within the school community, each student and teacher is provided with a dedicated email ID.
In addition, we have implemented a regulated school SMS system and curated broadcast groups to facilitate swift and effective communication with parents.
Workshops, Orientation & Parent Volunteer Programme
Regular workshops, orientations, and volunteer opportunities allow parents to actively contribute to school life. Parents and grandparents share professional expertise, cultural knowledge, and life experiences—enriching students’ learning beyond textbooks.
