General Norms and Regulations
- Registration is a pre-condition for admission.
- Registration Fee is inclusive of the Prospectus Fee and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- An interaction session with both parents is compulsory for admission to all classes.
- For admission to Nursery, the child must be 3 years old as on 1st April of the admission year.
Document Requirements at the Time of Admission
- Two recent passport-size colour photographs of the child
- One recent passport-size colour photograph of each parent
- Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate (Nursery–UKG)
- Blood Group & HB Count Certificate from an authorised lab
- Transfer Certificate (Original) – UKG onwards
- Report Card of the previous class – UKG onwards
- Migration Certificate (if the Board is other than CBSE – Class XI only)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Others), if applicable
Class-wise Admission Requirements
- For Nursery and LKG
- For UKG to Class IX
- Transfer & Withdrawal Policy
- Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Committee/Corporation, duly attested by a Class I Officer or Magistrate
- Panchayat-issued Birth Certificates must be countersigned by the BDO & CMO
- Original Birth Certificate must be produced along with an attested photocopy
- Students must be from CBSE / ICSE / State Board–recognised schools
- Original Transfer Certificate and Report Card (Passed/Promoted) must be submitted
- If documents are delayed, parents must submit a written undertaking
- Failure to submit documents within 15 days of result declaration may lead to cancellation of admission
- Inter-State Transfer Certificate must be duly countersigned by a competent authority
- Migration Certificate required if the Board is other than CBSE
- Each student is allotted an Admission Number, which must be quoted in all correspondence
- One month’s written notice must be given before the 10th of the month
- Failure to do so will attract one month’s fee in lieu of notice
- Only Caution Money & Library Security will be refunded
- Refund is subject to submission of the original receipt
- If the receipt is lost, an affidavit from a First-Class Magistrate is required
