General Norms & Regulations
- Registration is a pre-condition for admission.
- Registration Fee is inclusive of the Prospectus Fee and is non-refundable and non- transferable.
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- An interaction session with both parents is compulsory for admission to all classes.
- For admission to Nursery, the child must be 3 years old as on 1st April of the admission year.
Document Requirements at the Time of Admission
- For PlayGroup, Nursery, LKG & UKG Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee/ Corporation duly attested by Class I Officer or Magistrate. Birth Certificate issued by Panchayat are to be countersigned by the Block Development Officer (BDO) & Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the area. It is compulsory to bring the original birth certificates along with a photocopy attested by the Class I Officer or Magistrate. Affidavit shall not be accepted. If the parents fail to produce the Birth Certificates within a month of the admission, the admission shall automatically stand cancelled & the dues paid shall, not be refunded. If at any point, it is found that the Birth Certificate is not genuine, the admission to the school shall stand cancelled. Admission is subject to the availability of the seats. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card for the Student and both Parents should be submitted along with other documents, duly self attested.
- For admission to classes I to IX, copy of Aadhar Card (should be self attested), Report Card & Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended must be furnished.
- Only those students will be considered for admission who are able to submit TC (original) & Report Card (original/photocopy) with remark "Passed" or "Promoted" to class for which they are being tested.
- In case parents are unable to produce the TC and Report Card in original and photocopy from their previous school immediately after the declaration of the result of the present class, they must give an undertaking of assurance to deposit the documents immediately after declaration of the result or at the time of joining the school or within 15 days of beginning of session, if admission is done in between the session.
- Any student who fails to submit TC & Report Card within 15 days from the declaration of the result from the previous school, his or her admission may be cancelled.
- Migration Certificate must be furnished in case the Board is other than CBSE.
- All students are allotted an admission number, which should be quoted during all correspondence with the school.

- Notice in writing for withdrawal of a student must be given one month in advance before 10th of the month failing which one month's fee shall be charged in lieu of the notice period. The parents who want to withdraw their ward after the declaration of the result of Annual Examination, are expected to apply for the TC/SLC within one week of the declaration of the said result, latest by 7 April, otherwise they will have to pay for the month of April of the coming session.
- In case student has been admitted & the fee paid, thereafter the entitlement for refund will only be as per school policy. Parents must submit the original receipts to claim the refund of the Caution Money & Library Security. Please note that claim for the refund needs to be furnished within three years from the date of issue of TC by the school. In case original receipt is lost then an affidavit attested from the First Class Magistrate must be submitted stating that no one can claim the above mentioned security and the affidavit should be signed by the father or mother only.
