Summer Internship: Empowered by Student Agency. Inspired by Experience.

We at BD Blue Bells Public School ardently believe that learning extends beyond textbooks. We are committed to inspiring young learners by providing meaningful opportunities that connect classroom knowledge with real-world experiences, empowering them to explore their passions and prepare for the future. Under the visionary mentorship of Dr. Alka Saxena, our students participated in a two-week internship programme with iDreamCareer (iDC), gaining exposure to two dynamic professional domains-iDC BlueSpring, focusing on Data Analytics and Digital Communication, and Greyscale Studios, specialising in Creative Design and Branding.

As part of this enriching experience out of 50 students from all over India, Shreya Ravi Srivastava, Lovitr Grover and Yatin were selected and gained hands-on exposure to creative design, data analytics, and digital communication. Shreya who interned with Greyscale Studios, impressed her mentors with creativity, keen visual sense, and ability to quickly master design tools while working on branding, marketing and social media projects. Yatin was introduced to graphic design fundamentals, covering Canva and design tools, design basics, typography, colour theory & branding followed by applied learning in logo design, social media post design, poster and banner design, reels covers and YouTube thumbnails, and packaging and product design.

Lovitr, interned at iDC BlueSpring, demonstrated outstanding analytical aptitude and remarkable growth in communication skills. He also co-hosted a live industry interaction, earning an additional certificate in recognition of his initiative and confidence.

Their journey reflects the curiosity, confidence, and professionalism nurtured through experiential learning. The positive feedback from iDreamCareer is a proud testimony to the potential of our students and to the school's commitment to creating opportunities that help them thrive in an ever-evolving world.
