BD Blue Bells Public School recognises that Grade X is a defining milestone in every student's academic journey. With this vision, the school successfully conducted a five-day Career Counselling Programme to empower learners with the clarity, confidence, and skills to make informed academic and career choices.

The programme commenced with an engaging Career Awareness Session, setting the stage for four days of personalised one-on-one counselling conducted by expert career counsellors from iDreamCareer, the school's career guidance partner. Drawing on each student's psychometric assessment report, the counsellors facilitated meaningful discussions on individual strengths, interests, aptitude, personality, and subject preferences, enabling students to make well-informed academic and career decisions.

The programme moved beyond the conventional career guidance and inspired students to become active explorers of their own future.
