Bells Public School Empowers Grade XII Students Through the Second Phase of Its
Career Guidance Programme
BD Blue Bells Public School
successfully conducted the Second Phase of its Career Guidance
Programme for Grade XII students, a thoughtfully designed
five-day initiative that brought together students, parents, and professional
career counsellors in a shared journey of exploration, reflection, and informed
decision-making.
The programme began with an
insightful Career Awareness Session, introducing students
to emerging career opportunities, leading institutions, entrance
examinations, and key application timelines.
A key highlight of the programme was the
series of personalised one-on-one counselling sessions, where each
student, accompanied by their parents, received expert guidance tailored to
their unique strengths, interests, aptitude, personality, academic profile, and
career aspirations. To further support students in their journey, each
participant would receive a comprehensive Career Synopsis and
Written Recommendation available on iDreamCareer dashboard,
offering a personalised roadmap with actionable guidance. This valuable
resource will help students make informed choices, stay organised through the
admission process, and confidently take the right steps at the right time.
The programme was met with an
overwhelmingly positive response from both students and parents, who
appreciated the personalised attention, practical insights, and reassurance
they received. More importantly, it reaffirmed the school's commitment to nurturing
not only academic excellence but also the aspirations, individuality, and
future success of every learner.

A five-day camp to the picturesque Barot Valley was organized for classes VI-VIII, blending adventure with self-discovery. The action-packed expedition featured thrilling challenges like a hike to Lapas Waterfall, ziplining, bridge slithering over the Uhl River, and conquering the Burma Bridge.
