"Earth has always given us every comfort and necessity of life. It takes care of everyone like a mother and we must also protect it and care for it in the best way." 

This Earth Day, our young Planet Warriors from Grades Nursery-V took the responsibility to create awareness about different ways to heal the planet on April 22, 2021 .  

Students of Nursery – UKG expressed their love for the planet Earth through ‘Tearing & Pasting’ Activity. Students of Classes I & II made wonderful articles using the recycled newspapers. Students of Classes III-V took the garb of Earth Saviours when they wrote messages of how they could help the Earth.

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School CELEBRATES GREEN DAY 

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School  celebrated Green Day on a virtual platform to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of the Founder Chairman Sir, Late Shri. B.D. Gulati ji on April 21, 2021. As a tribute to this iconic leader the Blue Bellians pledged to work towards conservation of resources.

Sensitivity towards the environment is an important issue which we, at Blue Bells sincerely address and work upon. It is important that the present generation initiate steps towards conservation in right earnest so that we can ensure a clean and green environment for our future generations.  Our young Planet Warriors from Grades Nursery-V took the responsibility to create awareness about different ways to heal the planet. A ‘Bhajan Sandhya’ was organized to pay a tribute to our revered Shri B. D Gulati Sir. Spiritual renditions by the team made the moment momentous and videos made as an expression of gratitude were cherished by all.  The Blue Bells family saluted the great visionary and mentor and ensured its commitment and devotion to keep his noble principles of life ignited and alive.

"Heritage is our legacy from the past, what we live with today, and what we pass on to future generations."

Each year, April 18 is marked as World Heritage Day to increase awareness about the importance of protecting culture and diversity.

The students of Classes Nursery-V celebrated the attachment they have - with their culture, their roots and their heritage through a variety of activities like virtual tour of heritage sites, Talk Show and collages of world heritage sites on April 19, 2021

Students took a pledge to conserve and protect the country’s rich and ancient heritage.

CELEBRATING BAISAKHI AND AMBEDKAR JAYANTI-IT’S TIME TO REJOICE!

Festivals are a glorious way to rejoice our culture, traditions and heritage. To celebrate the harvest festival Baisakhi, various activities were conducted in Grades Nursery-V with great enthusiasm and fervour. Students of Grades Nursery-II created delightful craft items related to the festival of Baisakhi. A special assembly on Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti was organised by the students of Grade VC. The assembly brought to life the amazing facts about the Indian Constitution and the true essence of Baisakhi. The lilting song presentation and the foot tapping dance energised everyone and added to the charm of the assembly. An informative and lively skit informed the audience all about Baisakhi. Speaking on the occasion, Primary Wing Leader, Madam Meenakshi Malhotra appreciated the effort of the students and blessed them on the festive occasion. She reiterated the importance of good values and encouraged them to be honest and brave and to be aware of their duties as the good citizens of the country.

BLUE BELLIANS CELEBRATE THE NEW BEGINNING

The commencement of a new academic session means new beginnings and fresh starts. It is all about embracing a new perspective, taking a fresh look at the future and all the wonderful possibilities it holds.

The students of Classes Nursery – V were excited to start the new session with great zeal and vigour on April 11, 2021 . A very unique activity ‘Circle Time Over Breakfast Platter’ was held for the students wherein the students and teachers had their healthy and sumptuous breakfast together and discussed the benefits of healthy food in the most engrossing way.

The students were excited to participate in a massive ‘Talent Hunt’ which was conducted to tap their innate potential through a variety of activities like story narration, poem recitation, dancing, singing etc. The cheerful students made everyone marvel at their confidence and zest.

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School CELEBRATES ITS 19TH FOUNDER’S DAY

Founders’ Day, one of the most important days in the school calendar, was celebrated with fervour, zest and enthusiasm by the Blue Bellians via both, the online and offline platforms. 18 years ago, it was on April 10, 2003 that the first session of the school had started under the able guidance of its Mentors.

The chief aim of the school is to actively develop the ambition and potential of every student, whether it is in academics or in any other sphere. The school believes that a student can achieve anything with the right guidance, focus, perseverance and confidence. The celebration started with a ‘Havan’ in the presence of  the Honourable Director Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati which was followed by an extravaganza of events conducted in the online mode. Ma’am shared her joy and pride at having such a wonderful team of parents, students and teachers.

In the online event, talking about the importance and significance of Founder’s Day, the young Blue Bellians expressed their love and gratitude for the great institution they are a part of. It included a plethora of activities conducted for and by the students of all the classes from Nursery to XII. The programme began with the auspicious Diya Lighting Ceremony and had everyone mesmerised with beautiful songs, poetry, dances and a play. The little ones of the school, the Student Council members and the alumni also expressed their love for their school through video messages.

The online event was also graced by the presence of Honourable Director Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati. Ma’am congratulated everyone and motivated the students to give their best in all walks of life. The event was concluded with Vote of Thanks extended by the Officiating Principal, Ms. Arpita Acharya.

The students, staff members and parents enjoyed the event to the fullest.

WORLD HEALTH DAY

WORLD HEALTH DAY CELEBRATION-A STEP TOWARDS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE  

“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.”-Mahatma Gandhi 

World Health Day is a perfect opportunity to make the students realise the importance of being healthy and to make them aware of small changes in the lifestyle that would ensure good health.  World Health Day was celebrated by the Primary Wing of the school on April 7, 2021

To commemorate the day, a variety of activities like Poster Making, Quiz and Doctor’s Talk were conducted for the students of Classes Nursery-V to make the students realise the importance of being healthy and to make them aware of small changes in the lifestyle that would ensure good health. Students participated whole heartedly in all the activities and promised to adapt a healthy lifestyle.

ORIENTATION PROGRAMME

Recently an Orientation Program was organised for the parents of VI to IX for the session 2020-2021 at Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School .The aim was to familiarize the parents who are our ‘partners in progress’ with Covid-protocols, the curriculum, rules and regulations of the school, teaching methodologies , the assessment criteria and co-scholastic activities.

Middle Wing In-charge Ms. Suneeta Kaul welcomed the parents to Blue Bells fraternity while laying the stress on effective communication between the teachers and parents for the overall development of the students. A brief presentation of Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School apprised the parents with the school ethos and the spirit. The session concluded with the questions answer round. The response of the parents was really encouraging for the faculty. The queries were well addressed by the school leadership. All in all it was really a meaning full session for all.

ORIENTATION PROGRAMME for III & IV

Connect, Collaborate and Communicate…With these three golden words as our aim, Orientation Programme was held for Class III on March 25, 2021 and Classes IV and V on March 27, 2021.

The programme commenced with a devotional song invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha. It was followed by the inspiring messages of the Head Boy and the Head Girl of the Primary Wing. The facilitators, through a comprehensive presentation, apprised the parents about the transdisciplinary approach in the curriculum, rules and regulations, IT Education, Health and Wellness Programme and other facilities provided by the school.

Primary Wing Leader, Ms. Meenakshi Malhotra addressed the queries of the parents. The event was a sincere attempt to communicate all the necessary information to the parents so that there is a better connect resulting in strong collaboration between the parents and the school.
