We are proud to share that Yug Yadav, a student of BD
Blue Bells Public School, participated in the SGFI Cricket
District-Level Selection Trials held on 10 and 11 August 2026 at
Powerplay Ground, Sector 62, Gurugram.
Yug was selected by the District Cricket Association
to participate in the trials and has performed impressively. He is among the
few left-arm bowlers competing at the selection level, which adds to his
strength and uniqueness as a player.
Following the trials, Yug has been shortlisted among the
20 players currently in contention for the Gurugram District Team,
from whom 18 players will be finally selected.
“Being shortlisted among the final 20 players is a
commendable achievement and reflects Yug’s hard work, dedication and commitment
to the sport. We wish him the very best for the final selection and hope to see
him represent Gurugram with pride.”
