INTERNATIONAL INFORMATICS OLYMPIAD

Today there is a paradigm shift in the methodology of teaching as the focus is now on the development of the innate potential of the individual that can give him the courage and conviction to face the world with ease. Blue Bells believes in giving wings to the creative flight of the students and to provide a platform to know about the changes in the Information Technology the students participated in International Informatics Olympiad by Silver Zone in February  2017. The result of the same was declared on April 11, 2017 .

Kushagra Luthra  of  Class V C  & Nishant Singh Hada  clinched  the  Pierre Cardin Pen and  Gold Medal respectively for their outstanding performance at the State Level.   The Management, Director and Deputy Director -IT of  the school extended their felicitations to the Computer Faculty and the students for this marvelous effort.

IN YOUNG ACHIEVERS TALENT TEST( YATT)

Keeping pace with today’s scenario of Globalization we believe in making the sky, the ultimate goal for our students. The vision and mission of the school is to churn out socially and ethically responsible citizens of the country. The teaching methodology incorporates integrated activity based teaching so that the knowledge acquired is not only conceptual but application based. To provide an active environment for research based learning , the school not only participates and but also organizes various competitions to hone the skills of the students. In sync with the same , the school conducted YATT Olympiad for the students of Classes III to VIII. The result for the same was declared on April 10, 2017 .

 The motive of the exam was  to identify , recognize and encourage children with high intellect ,good subject knowledge and academic talent .The Test was  challenging and provided scope to the students to compete among their peers in their own school as well as other schools. It was a proud moment for the school when the Ankita Dey of Class VII bagged a Tablet for her outstanding performance . The school team also clinched nine watches, nine bags, thirteen Rising Star Medals and four Star Medals .

Vision is the art of seeing things invisible. Creativity is thinking up new things and innovation is doing new things. To hone the inherent potentials of the students the school participated in  Kishitij 2017 ,  an Inter School Science Fest hosted by The Pathways School, Aravali  on February 15, 2017 .  The school team comprising of eight students  participated in various events where their  scientific temper  was tested and the students of top fourteen schools of Gurgaon competed .

Priyanshu Vishwakarma of Class IX A clinched the Second Position in Mechanical Wonders, a competition on designing a new working model using a scientific concept.

TIMES NIE THINK AND LEARN CHALLENGE

“Perfect as the wings of the bird may be, it will never enable the bird to fly if unsupported by the air, facts are the air of science. Without them a man of science can never rise.”

Science can amuse and fascinate us all as it is knowledge that changes the world. The students of the school participated in the School Round of Time NIE Think & Learn Challenge on February 5, 2017 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium , ITO, New Delhi .  This test was a gateway to test the scientific and mathematical aptitude of the students and the subsequent personalized reports and analysis would give valuable insights into their learning fingerprints to help parents take informed decisions on their child’s career options.

It was a proud moment for the school when Navya Sharma of Class VI C  was declared the winner of the School Round and was awarded with the SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 3.

SGFI SCHOOL NATIONAL ROLLER SKATING CHAMPIONSHIP 2016

What counts in sports is not the victory, but the struggle with which we achieve milestones by being victorious against overwhelming odds.” Blue Bells strongly believes that what a mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. This is the guiding ideology with which the students prepare and participate in various competitions with utmost zeal and enthusiasm. They not only prove their mettle but achieve their set goals. The students of the school participated in the SGFI School National Roller Skating Championship  at Shive Ganga Roller Skating Rink ,  Belgaun , Karnataka from December 21 to December 25, 2016 . Three students of our school  selected for the championship after the rigorous rounds were Tanishka (VII A)  , Abhimanyu (IV B)  and Ragini( IX C)  .  It was a proud moment for all the members of the school when Tanishka of Class VII A bagged a Silver Medal in 3000mts. Road Race in Under 14 Girls Category  and Ragini of Class IX C stood seventh in the Road Race . The Management and the Director extended their felicitations to the Sports Department and the Skating  Coach for this success.

MODERN SCHOOL ACCESS IT CHALLENGE 2016

“To raise new questions, new possibilities, to regard old problems from a new angle requires new perspective,  hard work ,imagination and that marks real advance in IT…” Education is the human right with immense power to transform. On its foundation rest the cornerstones of freedom, democracy & sustainable human development. Our alma mater aims at enriching the educational mindscape of each individual child and in catering to an all-round development of the childs personality. The students of the school participated in Bits n Bytes – Access IT Challenge 2016 at Modern School , Barakhamba Road, New Delhi wherein renowned schools of Delhi & NCR competed in the Challenge. Pranav Srivastava of Class VIII C made the school proud by clinching the coveted Second Position in the Multimedia Competition. The achievement of the students deserves accolades as the level of the competition was high. The Management , Director , Assistant Director- IT  and Principal congratulated the student  for this magnificent achievement .

INCREDIBLE ACHIEVEMENT BY AYUSH SAPRA, SCHOOL ALUMNUS

"A great secret of success is to go through life as a man who never gets used up. Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any one thing." Creation is the manifestation of pervading consciousness. Creative people make pursuit of knowledge their priority. It is an urge to find meaning in life, to form thoughts and actions around a purpose that make the most of our life. This thought took a shape of reality when Ayush Sapra , the alumnus of the school clinched  the "Award of Recognition" under the category Television (Program Series) from International Open Film Festival for the short film "LAPATA SACH" on https://youtu.be/zEj6j2OSKuY. The film focuses on the menace of drug abuse and lust in adolescents and its impact on the minds of the people and society. After the encouraging response of the first release, the second release of the series saw an encouraging response of the viewers. All the members of school can view these movies on Ayush Channel on Youtube and send their likes on the same . The Management, Director and Principal of the school congratulated Ayush on this feat and wished him luck in the future ventures.

Rendezvous : Science Fest at Pathfinder School

"Any Science or Technology which is sufficiently advanced is indistinguishable from magic" In the 21st century educational scenario there has been a paradigm shift in the concept of imparting knowledge as well as teaching-learning process. Today the concept of teaching is not only to make the child competent in theoretical subjects but also give an insight to concretize their dreams into grandeur. Keeping in mind the fact that the quest and zeal for learning of an individual should never cease, young minds must be imbued with the flame of broadening their scope of enlightening themselves. In sync with the same objective, the students of the school competed in Rendezvous : Science Fest at Pathfinder School on November 26, 2016. The students brought laurels for the alma mater by bagging First Position in Debate in the Senior Category and Model Making in the Junior Category. In the Senior Category the students clinched the Second Position in the Model Making Category. The Management , Director and Principal of the school lauded the efforts of the school team.

IRC WEST DELHI QUALIFIER 2016

"Continuity gives us branches, letting us stretch and grow and reach new heights". Keeping up with the spirit of above lines to help children grow as aware, empowered individuals of the Society, the school provides them a platform to perform and hone their latent potential, the students of the Robotics Club of the school participated in the   IRC West Delhi Qualifier at Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka on November 25, 2016. The students of the school not only participated with zest and zeal but proved their mettle. The students bagged the Bronze Medal and Second Runners Up Position in the Senior , Middle and Junior Caegory.It was indeed a credible achievement as the level of the competition was high and top 155 teams from Delhi and NCR Schools competed. The Management & Director of the school congratulated the school team for this magnificent achievement.
