E- COLLISEUM - AN INTER SCHOOL IT COMPETITION AT DAV, SEC-49

Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” Laying the foundation of excellence, Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School has once again proved that excellence is a way of life.  This was further strengthened  and personified by Blue Bellians when they participated and showcased their supreme command on tech tools in E- Colliseum - an Inter School IT Competition at DAV, Sec-49 on October 25,2018.

The multi-talented and tech masters of the  school clinched the First  Position in Buzz Talk ( Talk Show) , Perspective ( Music Video)  and Point Out ( Power Point Presentation on Cyber Safety) . The school also bagged Second Prize in Analogue ( Robotics Event) . Renowned schools of Delhi & NCR competed in the event and it was a glorious moment for the school to lift prizes in four events.

The Management , Director , Deputy Director-IT and Vice Principal extended their heartiest felicitations to the students and teachers for this wonderful performance.

MTNL PERFECT HEALTH MELA

The students participated in the MTNL Perfect Health Mela under the aegis of Health & Wellness Programme mentored and guided by Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director ( Health & Wellness), BBGS. The teachers of the Health & Wellness Team played an important role in the training of the students along with the school teachers and Cultural team .

“Dance is the language of the soul and brings in eternal delight.” These words were personified and exemplified by a group of 29 enthusiastic dancers from the Primary Wing when they set the stage rolling by showcasing a perfect harmony between Kalbelia & Bhangra on the theme “Cultural Unity”. This presentation won them the First Position in MTNL Perfect Health Mela Competition on October 25, 2018.

KHEL MAHAKHUMB OPEN VOLLEY BALL COMPETITION

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School Girls Volley Ball Team felicitated for their  stupendous  performance in Khel Mahakhumb Open Volley Ball Competition by Mr. Parshu Ram, District Sports Officer on October 18, 2018 at Nehru Stadium.

Gazal Dagar, Sports Captain & Team Captain, Aayushi, Payal Yadav, Nupur, Shiya Chauhan, Shreya , Anustha and Jyoti Yadav were conferred with a cash reward of Rs.1000/- each. The school received the total reward of Rs.8000/- for this marvelous feat.

The School Girls Team clinched the Runners Up Trophy  by winning their matches with seasoned teams playing for the State on October 11,2018.

INCREDIBLE BEGINNING BY  Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School UNDER 17 BOYS TEAM IN  PRE SUBROTO CUP FOOTBALL  NATIONALS AT GWALIOR !

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School Under 17 Boys Team started their journey in the Pre Subroto Cup Nationals... with back to back win in the League games to register a place in the Quarter Finals.  The competition , one of most reputed and sought after in sporting community ,  is hosted by ICF College of Management & Technology, Gwalior from October 14 to October 19, 2018.

The school team defeated Army School Bhiwani by 1-0 and  Sehwag International School with a score of 4-2 to register their place in the Quarter Final where they would play the toughest team of the Competition – Peevees School, Assam .  The students  showcased supreme team coordination and game command along with an inherent desire to excel  to register their place for the Quarter Final clash.

 The National event saw the participation and tough competition between the   renowned teams from the North Zone to make it for the Nationals.

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School HITS THE BULLIANS SHOT IN THE CBSE VOLLEYBALL CLUSTER XV 2018! 

Crowning Glory continued for Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School when the school Under 19 Girls Team clinched the Second Position in the CBSE Volley Ball Cluster XV 2018 at Major Biharilal Memorial School, Bilaspur Kalan, Gurgaon on October 13,2018.

The journey towards the Finals tested the caliber, potential and skill of  all the members and the team showcased supreme game command to register this emphatic feat. Around 100 renowned teams from the State competed for the coveted position.

 In the Semi Finals   Team Blue Bells Public defeated the team from Blue Bells Model School  with a score of 2-0 to reach the top level and entered the Finals .

The performance of the School’s Under 19 Girls Team was not only appreciated by the participating teams but also by  their coaches .

STUPENDOUS PERFORMANCE BY Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School IN CYBERMANIA 2018.

The multi-talented , versatile and tech enthusiasts of the school lifted the Overall Winners Trophy for the consecutive second time on October 13,2018 at Blue Bells Model School.

The school team showcased their technical prowess coupled with Effective Communication  and dancing moves to win majorly all the events in  the Competition where around 16 schools  of   Gurugram competed.

The School bagged the First Prize in Robotics I, Robotics II, Rock IT  ,Cyber Sell  & Tech Beats , Second Prize in Creatica  and Third Prize in Voice Choice ,Techlathon & Graffix. The performance given by the students left the judges and participating schools spellbound with their command over tech tools.

CBSE VOLLEYBALL CLUSTER XV 2018

Blue Bells Public Volley Ball Girls Team began their CBSE Volleyball Cluster XV 2018 with a bang!

The Girls U-19 team of Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School qualified for Semi Finals in CBSE Cluster at Major Biharilal Memorial School, Bilaspur Kalan, Gurgaon on October 12,2018.

Around 100 renowned teams of the State  participated and competed  in the Cluster.  The school team got BYE in  the First match, won the Second match with St. Michael School and defeated MVN School, Faridabad in  the Quarter Finals.

The  Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School Team has reached Semifinals by winning all the above cited matches by a set score of 2-0.

 Heartiest Congratulations to all the members of  Blue Bells Family as both the Under 19 Girls Team- Blue Bells Model & Blue Bells Public  have qualified for the Semi Final clash in the CBSE Cluster.

 The teams will play against each other  to register their place in the Finals on October 13, 2018  .

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School PROVE THEIR METTLE IN GOONJ , INTER SCHOOL CULTURAL FEST AT DPS, SECTOR 45 , GURUGRAM

The students performed marvellously at the ANNUAL CULTURAL FEST ‘GOONJ’ in DPS, Sector 45 on October 11, 2018. The school team clinched First Position in Sanskriti: Stage Performance Of Indian Folk Dance   and First Runner Up Position in Swaraagini: Rendition Of Indian Folk Song Competition.  

Performing Art is the manifestation of an artist’s creativity. When the fountain of creative imagination is discovered and released, one gets the rare opportunity to realize one’s perfection. The school team set the stage on fire with their energetic and breath-taking presentation on foot tapping Punjabi Folk Songs by performing ‘Bhangra & Giddha’ -Folk Dances from Punjab.  With this rhythm beat set, the School Choir mesmerized everyone with their musical notes and melodious rendition in the Folk Song Competition. the performance of the students was heartily lauded by all.

Around 33 renowned schools of Delhi & NCR competed in the event, thus making this accomplishment remarkable by all standards.

Another Scintillating Performance by Volley  Ball Girls Team of Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School!

In Khel Mahakhumb Open Volley Ball  Competition , the School Girls Team clinched the Runners Up Trophy  by winning their matches with seasoned teams playing for the State on October 11,2018.

The School team  exhibited  game command, coordination and technique to win their match with SD Adarsh by a convincing margin. In Quarter Finals the team defeated DAV College to reach Semi Finals.

The Semi Final Clash was with a strong team of MD Macarola and here also the girls proved their brilliance by winning the game 2-0 and registering their place in Finals.

IRC 2018 - QUALIFIER ROUND AT APEEJAY SCHOOL , NOIDA

Robotics is the new wave initiative of the school and the students of the Robotics Club have brought laurels for the alma mater by winning IRC Open League 2015 at Washington , IRC Open League 2016 at Singapore and IRC Open League 2018 in Dubai.

We at Blue bells believe in expanding the horizons of knowledge and skills amongst the students  through varied competitions and exposures. In sync with the same vision , the students of Robotics Club of the school participated in IRC qualifier at Apeejay School, Noida on October 10, 2018 .

It was a proud moment when the Senior team comprising  of Nikunj ,Mihir,Daksh, Bhavey of VIII B  bagged Second Prize in the IRC Qualifiers where  67 teams from Delhi &  NCR participated  . The team  has qualified for IRC Nationals to be held on December 15-16 ,  2018 at Tyagraj Stadium, New Delhi.

This year's theme of IRC Open League is to promote the concept of "R-ME (Robots in Missions and Expeditions)". It challenges students  to come up with highly advanced yet functional robots for various missions conducted by the Army, Navy and the Air Force. The objective is to design robots and machines that are capable of conducting sophisticated expeditions to strengthen our defences and     for      rescue            operations.
