Kanishk Gulia Wins Second Prize at nCrypt2020

Kanishk Gulia’s (XII A) tech and musical skills won him second prize in the Audio-mixing event at nCrypt2020.

nCrypt is the annual inter-school technology symposium by DPS Sushant Lok 2, where students from across best schools in Gurgaon undertake challenges in different categories that test their tech skills and creativity.

One of the main events of the Symposium, the Audio-mixing challenge tests each participant’s musical abilities through a sound track that they have to produce from a given prompt.

Kanishk’s brilliant track won him the runners-up position from among a large number of participants.

Blue Bellians Shine at Virtual MUN Conference

We are delighted to share that Tanishq Malhotra (IX B) and Tarushi Kalra (XI D) of Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School received a ‘High Recommendation’ and ‘Special Mention’ respectively at the Virtual Model United Nations Conference organised recently by Blue Bells Model School.

Both participants received this recognition for their lively and informed exchanges on the dynamics of international cooperation

The aim of the MUN Conference is to create a stronger awareness of global issues and encourage participants to develop workable solutions to some of the world’s most complex issues.

Blue Bellians delighted everyone with their prize-winning performances at the inter-school competition, Symphenia: An Extravaganza of Talents, organised by Aravali Public School.

Held virtually, the competition comprised a variety of events including declamation, poster making, movie making, and much more.

Jasmita Kumar Wins First Prize at Saksham National Painting Competition

Blue Bellians consider any competition a golden chance to earn fame and recognition for themselves and their school.

This time round it’s Jasmita Kumar (VII C) who has brought laurels to Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School by winning First Prize at the Saksham National Painting Competition 2019 in the category of ‘Painting Junior Recognition’.

Organised by Petroleum Conservation Research Association under the aegis of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt. of India, the competition witnessed participation from the best schools across India.

The winner, Jasmita, walked away with a cash prize of Rs. 5000/-.

Extraordinary achievement at Cybermania!

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School celebrates extraordinary achievement at Cybermania!

Students of Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School displayed their exceptional IT and AI skills at Cybermania, an inter-school fest that witnessed heavy participation from across reputed schools of Gurugram. Winning prizes in 10 out of 11 events, BBPS students were adjudged the OVERALL WINNERS, and received a Letter of Honour to mark this outstanding achievement!

Organised by Blue Bells Model School, Cybermania is a fest consisting of a host of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence based age-appropriate events that test students on their skills and knowledge in this area.

Ms. Geetika Batra conferred Global Teachers Award 2020

We are thrilled to announce that faculty member Ms. Geetika Batra has been conferred with Global Teachers Award 2020. She is now recognised as one of the top 100 teachers globally.

Set-up by the Centre for Educational Development Foundation India and Global TALK Education, this prestigious Award felicitates individual teachers for their critical contribution and services to their profession and towards the education sector.  

 More than 1800 teachers competed for the honours and Ms. Batra went through 3 gruelling qualifying rounds to reach the top 100. She received the award for her contribution to education through innovative practices. The judges commended her for being an outstanding facilitator whose qualities include strength, dedication, vision, excellence, knowledge and zest to excel. 

 The Award was presented at a virtual ceremony on 5 September 2020 in the presence of Dr. Abdulla Rasheed, Minister of State, Ministry of Education, Government of Maldives and Prof. C B Sharma, Former Chairman, NIOS India.

Blue Bellians Shine at ‘Shalom Conclave: Evolutio 2020’

Blue Bellians left everyone spellbound with their marvelous performances to win coveted positions at Shalom Conclave: Evolutio-2020: Embrace the Change organised on the online platform by Shalom Hills Group of Schools on 31 August 2020.

Saavi Chouhan of Class V-A participated in the event ‘Talking Titans’ and bagged the coveted Second Position. The topic of her speech was ‘What I Would Change in 2020 if I Could and Why’. 

Juhi Arora of Class VIII-C bagged Third Position in the event ‘Soulful Expressions – Solo Classical Competition’ on the theme ‘Badalta Bharat’. Her performance was based on a self-composed poem Chalo Ek Atmanirbhar Bharat Hum Banaayen. The results for the event were announced on 8 September 2020.

The event witnessed participation from all the leading schools of Delhi NCR.

Special Mention for Blue Bellians at E-Comm Parv 2020

Blue Bellians win a Special Mention at E-Comm Parv 2020

Blue Bellians Suryansh Uttreja (Class XII-C) and Navya Grover (Class XII-C) won a ‘Special Mention’ at the recently held E-Comm Parv 2020 organised by Delhi Public School, Sector 45,Gurgaon. E-Comm Parv 2020 is an Inter School Online Commerce and Economics Festival which witnesses participation from a large number of schools across Delhi and NCR.

The talented duo received this recognition for their Research Paper presented at the Economic Seminar ‘The Rise of the Phoenix’. The paper described the impact of the pandemic on the Indian economy, and covered production and supply chains, consumption expenditure, aggregate demand and prices, international trade and relations, stock market, health sector and tourism. It concluded with steps that could be taken to overcome the situation and help India emerge as a key global player in the current environment.
