Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School illuminated the stage of Voicing Expressions 2.0, an Inter-School Competition hosted by CCA School, Gurugram, with creativity, confidence, and collaboration at its core.

Our students participated across diverse categories, showcasing their brilliance and the inclusive spirit of teamwork and artistic expression that defines our school. In the event Broadcasting Across Centuries, our young visionaries stepped into the shoes of Radio Jockeys, engaging audiences through an imaginative interview with a celebrated literary figure, and emerged victorious with the First Position.

Creativity continued to shine in Inked Expressions, where our students’ powerful storytelling through comic strips earned them the Third Position, highlighting their flair for visual narrative.

Crowning our success, the Overall Trophy was awarded to our school—an affirmation of our unwavering commitment to fostering expressive, empathetic, and empowered learners.

LABOUR DAY CELEBRATION

Blue Bells Group of Schools celebrated Labour Day on May 03, 2025, at Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, paying heartfelt tribute to the relentless commitment and invaluable contributions of its support staff. The celebration honoured the silent yet indispensable workforce—drivers, conductors, attendants, sanitation workers, gardeners, and security personnel—whose tireless efforts ensure the smooth functioning of the institution each day.

The Physical Education Department, BBGS, curated engaging sports activities for the support staff, encouraging enthusiastic participation and camaraderie. This was followed by a warm and festive lunch hosted by the school management as a token of respect and appreciation.

The Felicitation Ceremony commenced with a thought-provoking welcome address by Ms. Suneeta Kaul, Discipline Incharge, Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, who highlighted the dignity of labour and reiterated the school’s belief that “Destiny is shaped by effort, not chance.” The occasion was graced by Mr. Ashish Gulati, Vice Chairman, BBGS, along with the leadership teams from various branches, reflecting a unified spirit of gratitude and appreciation.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gulati encouraged all members of the school community to nurture gratitude and kindness towards those who serve them selflessly. Ms. Madhu Talwar, Middle Wing Leader, Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, proposed the Vote of Thanks. The celebration concluded with the distribution of tokens of appreciation and group photographs, reaffirming the timeless truth that service is the highest virtue, and those who serve, our greatest strength.

CYBER COUNCIL ASSEMBLY

"Labour Day is a yearly milestone marking the economic and social achievements of workers. It's a day to celebrate the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our communities."

May 01 is celebrated as Labour Day all over the world. It marks the celebration of the hard work and dedication of the working class. The day was celebrated by the students of the Cyber Council Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School through a Special Assembly. The students made heartfelt efforts to ensure that the day was special for the didis and bhaiyas by organising a host of activities for them.

Cyber Council for the session 2025-26 was announced during the assembly. The Cyber Council is a team of student & teacher representatives, constituted under the guidance of Ms. Anshuka Aneja, Deputy Director IT and mentored by our Cyber Safety Advisor, Dr. Rakshit Tandon. The Council aims at creating Cyber Security awareness amongst students & other stakeholders.

In the course of the assembly, the students delivered insightful presentations on the history of Labour Day, its global significance, and the evolution of labour rights over time. The assembly included speeches, poems, and performances by Cyber Council members to raise awareness of cyber frauds, along with games, songs, and poems about workers' struggles and achievements. These performances showcased our students' talents and creativity while conveying powerful messages about the value of labour. Members of the support staff also came forward to showcase their talents including singing songs and playing games enthusiastically. They participated in all the events wholeheartedly and thanked the students for the warm gesture of organising this celebration.

Deeksha Yadav, Cyber Safety Ambassador of the school delivered an impactful message on the significance of Cyber Security.

Ms. Roopali Kudesia Vice Principal Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School addressed the gathering . She congratulated the members of the Cyber Council and wished the support staff members on the occasion of Labour Day.

RABINDRANATH JAYANTI

“Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time like dew on the tip of a leaf.” – Rabindranath Tagore

To honour the timeless legacy of Rabindranath Tagore, the students of Class 8-D at Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School presented a heartfelt and evocative special assembly. The occasion was a tribute to the Bard of Bengal, celebrating his literary brilliance and cultural depth.

The highlight of the event was a moving skit based on Tagore’s renowned short story, The Postmaster. Through expressive performances and thoughtful storytelling, the students brought the poignant tale to life, showcasing their theatrical flair and emotional depth.

Adding authenticity and reverence to the celebration, a student donning the persona of Rabindranath Tagore graced the stage, drawing the audience into the era and ethos of the great poet. The assembly further resonated with cultural vibrance through a graceful Bengali dance performance, beautifully choreographed to reflect the spirit of Tagore’s artistic vision.

 Kudos to the young performers of Class 8-D for orchestrating a memorable tribute that truly embodied the essence of Tagore’s life and works — poetic, profound, and deeply inspiring.

Safety First! Mock Drill Information

At Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, we believe that preparedness is key to safety! Today, our students and staff participated in a session designed to equip everyone with the skills and awareness needed in case of emergencies.

From fire evacuation procedures to emergency assembly protocols, the videos shown to the students ensured that each one understood their role and responded calmly and quickly. They were also apprised of the Mock Drill planned by the government at 4 pm.  

The highlights of the drill were: -

World Laughter Day Celebration

 In a world often overwhelmed by noise and haste, World Laughter Day assembly  on May 06, 2025, was a refreshing pause — a celebration of joy, unity, and well-being. Class X C beautifully hosted a special assembly, reminding all the members that laughter is a shared language of hope.

The day began with a soulful prayer and a collective pledge to spread kindness and positivity. Thoughtful reflections in English and Hindi emphasized that laughter is not just a moment of joy but a powerful source of healing and resilience. Insightful news updates kept everyone connected to the world, while presentations highlighted the profound link between laughter and mental health.

A self-composed poem, an interactive quiz, and a spirited dance performance brought alive the theme with creativity and warmth. Laughter yoga session by the Yoga instructor united all in shared energy and ease. Ms. Roopali Kudesia, Vice Principal, BDBBPS, encouraged the students to cherish the simple joys of life and be light bearers in the society and nation at large. Ma’am urged them to be empathetic and appreciate the efforts of their peers, family and school.

The assembly closed with the National Anthem and the message:’ Laugh often, live fully, and let your joy lift others. Let laughter be not just a sound, but a movement we lead with heart.’

International Dance Day Celebration

"To dance is to lose yourself and become something greater—graceful, powerful, and free."

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School marked International Dance Day with vibrant energy through an Inter-Class Dance Competition for students of Classes VI to VIII.

The competition was divided into two captivating categories—Solo Classical and Western Duet. Students lit up the stage with their expressive moves and rhythmic finesse, leaving the audience spellbound.

The event concluded on a high note with the announcement of winners and prize distribution, celebrating not just victory but the spirit of artistic expression. The school’s unwavering commitment to nurturing creativity was evident throughout, inspiring young dancers to embrace the joy and discipline of dance.

Labour Day Celebration

"Every form of work that serves humanity deserves respect and recognition."

To mark International Labour Day on May 1, 2025, the young learners of Class II A set the tone with a vibrant Special Assembly. Their innocent enthusiasm shone through a heartfelt choir performance and a lively dance, both dedicated to celebrating the dedication and hard work of the school’s support staff.

A touching moment unfolded when the support staff members themselves took center stage, singing devotional songs and sharing the joy and gratitude they felt. Their smiles lit up the room, making it a morning to remember.

Further extending the gratitude, students from Classes III to V presented handmade cards, expressing heartfelt thanks to the hands that quietly contribute to the school’s everyday rhythm.

The School Leadership Team commended the students for their thoughtful gestures and emphasized the importance of recognizing and respecting every role that contributes to the collective good.

Goal Setting Session for Grade X & XII

ADEPT – A Program for Enhancing Life Skills, Powered by wellnesswise.in believes in guiding students to stride ahead, create new opportunities and set realistic goals which helps them develop a convincing future in a confident and meaningful way.

Under the guidance of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director, Health & Wellness, Blue Bells Group of Schools, the team conducted an interactive module on Goal Setting for students of Grade X & XII at Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School on April 16, 2025. The session aimed to help students achieve their aspirations and utilize their time to the optimum so that they can explore their interests, passions and professional paths.

Students were briefed about short -term and long-term goals which they can make by setting timelines for achieving them. The students were guided about the steps of goal setting and were encouraged to write one goal with an action plan, identifying the barriers and further the possible solution. The points to ponder upon for better productivity were also discussed.

Students participated actively throughout the session and put forth their queries and concerns. The session was indeed very motivating and each student felt rest assured and supported.

WORLD BOOK DAY

Language paves the path of civilization, while books stand as enduring milestones of its journey.

Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School marked English Language Day and World Book Day with vibrant celebrations. Students of Class VIII B led a compelling assembly that spotlighted the value of the English language through stirring speeches and evocative poetry. A thought-provoking skit urged the audience to embrace the charm of printed books and reduce screen dependency. The assembly also honoured the literary genius of William Shakespeare, recognizing his timeless contributions to the world of literature. The event displayed student creativity, promoting a deeper appreciation for language and inspiring a culture of reading and intellectual growth among their peers.
