THE CARNIVAL OF BOOKS - AALEKH 2K23

"Books are the gateway to knowledge and wisdom."

 Bennett University had organized The Carnival of Books - Aalekh 2k23. The essence of the event was to evoke a spark among creative minds, thus promoting reading, writing, and learning with publishing support. Mr. Harjeet Khanduja, Dr. Kiran Bedi (IPS), and Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal - Member of Parliament, Former Education Minister, Govt of India, were the Guests of Honour. They blessed all the students with the virtue of their words. They guided and motivated the students to keep writing books since there is a book within everyone. 

 Bhoomi Yadav of Class XI B  of Brahm Dutt Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School, Sector 10, Gurugram, was rewarded with a cheque envelope and a Certificate of Recognition by the esteemed guests for getting her book named 'Dark Angel' published.

ACHIEVEMENT OF JIYA MEHTA

JIYA MEHTA BRINGS LAURELS TO BDBBPS

 Jiya Mehta, a student of class XII A, clinched the III Position in the 18th National Ice-skating Championship. She represented Haryana in the event held at I-skate, Ambience Mall from January 02 to 08, 2023. She also received a cash reward of Rs.3100/- from the Ice Skating Association of Haryana and has been selected for the 3rd Edition of Khelo India Winter Games which will take place at Gulmarg in Jammu & Kashmir from February 10-14, 2023.

THE MATH-WISE TEAM OF BRAHM DUTT Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School BAGS THE FIRST PRIZE

 A team of FOUR  students from Grade XI of Brahm Dutt Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School gave a superlative performance in TGAMATICS, an Inter-school Math event organised by DPS School, Sushant Lok, and bagged the First Position.

 The event was an integration of Mathematics with Gamatics. It was a mathematical relay wherein the students were given different puzzles kept at different stages of the track. The students had to solve those puzzles and finish the race. The champions from BBPS led the event like no other team to emerge as the top winners. Around 48 schools from all over India competed in the event.

NATIONAL LEVEL VOLLEY BALL CHAMPIONSHIP

SHREYA DADHICH MAKES IT TO THE NATIONAL LEVEL IN 25th YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

 It gives us immense pleasure to share that Shreya Dadhich, a student of Class XII of Brahm Dutt Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School has been selected for the National Level in the 25th Youth National Volleyball Championship 2022-23. She will be playing for the championship in Panna, Madhya Pradesh from December 16 to 22, 2022.

 Shreya is the only girl from Gurugram to have achieved this stupendous feat!

With great pride and immense pleasure, Blue Bells Group of Schools wishes to share that Dr Alka Saxena, Deputy Director (Health & Wellness ), BBGS, a legendary visionary was conferred with the prestigious ‘Icon of the Year Award’ organized by Citizens Integration Peace Institute for her relentless and innovative contribution in the field of Education towards the nation. The award ceremony was organized at the India International Centre, Lodhi Road to mark the 91st Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and was attended by a coterie of eminent educationists from different parts of the nation.  

Dr. Saxena is recognised for her dynamic leadership and for incorporating revolutionary changes in the field of Health & Wellness education with the mission of providing an ‘Education that Inspires Confidence’. Ma’am is the personification of excellence and perfection in totality.  

The Blue Bells Family salutes Dr. Alka for her dedicated service and extends their heartiest congratulations to Ma’am for another milestone.

SGFI STATE UNDER 17 GIRLS CRICKET TOURNAMENT

 It gives us immense pleasure to share that Poorva Yadav from Class VIII exhibited a winning performance in SGFI STATE UNDER 17 GIRLS CRICKET TOURNAMENT. In the final match against Panipat, Gurugram Cricket Team won the toss and booked its place to bowl first. Poorva took TWO wickets in her TWO overs by giving Eight runs. The Team won the Final Match by Eight wickets.

Haryana State Badminton Championship

BBPS Shines at Haryana State Badminton Championship

 Devyansh Baweja from Class XII C represented the Gurugram Team in the Under-19 category in Haryana State Badminton Championship and made his alma mater proud by by bagging the Runner-up position in the tournament.  He will next be representing the  Haryana Team in the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) National Badminton Championship.

TREMENDOUS SHOW OF SKILLS AT SKILLOTSAV BY DAV SCHOOL, SECTOR-14

 With immense pleasure we share that two of our students, Jiya Mehta and Tamanna Yadav from Class XII bagged the FIRST PRIZE in AI MODEL DEVELOPMENT at DAV SCHOOL, SECTOR 14, GURUGRAM. They created a working model for an effective Home Security System, winning the applause of the judges and audience alike.

ATL TINKERFEST ORGANISED BY DAV, SECTOR 14

STUPENDOUS PERFORMANCE OF BRAHM DUTT Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School AT ATL TINKERFEST ORGANISED BY DAV, SECTOR 14

 The young innovators of Brahm Dutt Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School participated in an Inter-school Competition Acon- ATL Tinkerfest organised by DAV Public School, Sec 14, Gurugram and brought laurels to the school.

 Tanuj Sharma and Kushagra Luthra of Grade XI got First Prize in the event Designathon under the theme -Sustainable Development Goal 9:’ Industry , Innovation and Infrastructure. They built a functional machine prototype using Arduino hardware and software for the safety and security of the employees working in Companies.

     Vanshika Asthana and Anishka of Grade XI got First Prize in the event 'Innovation Accumulation'. They built an 'ACSAFE'- a GPS tracker with voice recognition safety device, based on STEM. In case of SOS situation,it can send signals to various mobile phones to help trace the person and save him. They pitched in their innovative idea in form of video and PPT.

    Students of Grade VII Saavi Chauhan, Aytharv Garg and Daksesh Khatri got Third Prize in Robolution. They made two robots (1 programmed and 1 manually operated) that can finish the given task in 5 minutes.

SPORTS FIESTA AT G D GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL

We are pleased to share that Chirag Yadav of Class IX A secured Third Position in Table Tennis Tournament organised as a part of Sports Fiesta at GD Goenka Public School, Gurgaon in the U-18 category.
