Every parent nurtures the dream of all-round development of his/her child. Parent–Teacher meetings (PTMs) play a crucial role in the achievement of this goal. Regular interactions and discussions between parents and teachers strengthen the bond between the child, parent, and the teacher. PTMs provide a friendly atmosphere for the progress of the child’s personality, where the teachers and the parents acknowledge the child’s aptitude and achievements. Such positive interactions yield rich dividends.
The school organises Open House PTMs for better interaction between parents and teachers. Parents must attend PTMs regularly for a better and closer rapport with the school system and teachers, and to thoroughly scrutinise the academic performance of their child. Parents must ensure regularity, punctuality, and active participation of the child in school activities.
Interaction with the Principal
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (by prior appointment only)
The school holds Open House PTMs on two Saturdays of the month and gives parents slots for it. We request parents to stick to the time slots.
Timings: 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
The date-wise schedule for the PTMs is informed every month by the class teacher. We will notify parents in advance. If any parent is unable to attend at the time slot allotted due to any reason, they must inform the class teacher in advance and get another date. In case any parent is late in reaching as per the time slot, they can meet the teacher only after the meeting with other parents is over. We request parents to adhere to the schedule for better and effective interactive sessions.
The school has a well-integrated Parent–Teacher Networking System that helps in rapport-building and communicating essential information to parents. The school posts all circulars on its website, www.bluebells.org.
- The school has given every student and teacher an email ID to keep them connected with the school system.
- We have also formulated a regulated school SMS system to enable quick communication with parents.
