CELEBRATING
BAISAKHI AND AMBEDKAR JAYANTI-IT’S TIME TO REJOICE!
Festivals are a glorious
way to rejoice our culture, traditions and
heritage. To celebrate the harvest festival Baisakhi, various activities
were conducted in Grades Nursery-V with great enthusiasm and fervour. Students
of Grades Nursery-II created delightful craft items related to the festival of
Baisakhi. A special assembly on Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti was organised by
the students of Grade VC. The assembly brought to life the amazing facts about
the Indian Constitution and the true essence of Baisakhi. The lilting song
presentation and the foot tapping dance energised everyone and added to the
charm of the assembly. An informative and lively skit informed the audience all
about Baisakhi. Speaking on the occasion, Primary Wing Leader, Madam Meenakshi
Malhotra appreciated the effort of the students and blessed them on the festive
occasion. She reiterated the importance of good values and encouraged them to
be honest and brave and to be aware of their duties as the good citizens of the
country.
